Andrew developed a strong work ethic while growing up on a small strawberry farm in rural Indiana. After completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he became a research assistant at Purdue University developing a counterglow dehydration system to improve grain quality while pursuing an Engineering Master's degree. After completing his Engineering Master’s thesis, Andrew started working full time at Caterpillar Inc. as an Engineer. While in this role, he completed an MBA at Purdue University. After working at Caterpillar for several years, a friend that worked at State Farm suggested that he look into the State Farm Agent opportunity. After interviewing several Agents in the Houston and Indiana area, Andrew felt this opportunity would be a great fit so in 2013, Andrew resigned from Caterpillar and opened his Agency in January of 2014. Andrew loves helping people mitigate risks and achieve their financial goals.
