Andrew developed a strong work ethic growing up on a small strawberry farm in rural Indiana. After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he became a research assistant at Purdue University, where he helped develop a counterglow dehydration system to improve grain quality while pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering. After completing his thesis, Andrew began working full time as an Engineer with Caterpillar Inc. and later earned his MBA from Purdue University. While building a successful engineering career, a friend introduced him to the State Farm Agent opportunity. After meeting with several agents in both Houston and Indiana, Andrew realized he could make a greater impact by helping people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and become more involved in the local community. He opened his agency in January 2014 and has been proudly serving customers for more than 12 years.

Andrew has been married to his wife for 23 years, and together they have seven children. As a family, they enjoy working on projects around the house, attending auctions, and traveling together. Their home also includes a dog, two cats, and plenty of chickens. Beyond the office, Andrew is active in his local church, supports Cy-Hope through regular food distribution efforts, and serves as Vice Chairman of the Hobby District, helping lead security and beautification projects around the Hobby Airport area. His professional accomplishments include earning an MBA, BSME, and MSE, as well as recognition through the NAIFA award program.
