Who I Am

Andrew Heber brings an engineer's precision to protecting what matters most to Houston-area families and businesses. He earned an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Pensacola Christian College, followed by a master's in engineering and an MBA, both from Purdue University. After graduating, Andrew spent eight years as an engineer at Caterpillar before resigning to open his own State Farm agency on January 1, 2014 — trading a career built on solving mechanical problems for one built on solving people's problems. That analytical, detail-oriented mindset still shapes how he works today: he and his wife Suzanne are raising seven children, and that same commitment to family is what drives him to build an agency team people can call and actually reach.

My Team

Behind every policy is a team ready to serve you in the language you're most comfortable in. Nikki Sion serves as the agency's dedicated service specialist, handling endorsements, loss runs, and policy administration (English). Rounding out the team are Jule Sosa (English), Omar Ayoub (English and Arabic), Josie Corona (English and Spanish), and Kate Aguirre (English) — each equipped to handle phone support for every customer who calls. Together, this team ensures every customer — from a first-time renter to a growing business — gets a knowledgeable voice on the other end of the line.
