"Ever since I got a policy with Andrew Heber State Farm it is impossible to get anyone on the phone or a return email. I recently moved out of state and had to switch everything over. I still have State Farm but my new rep communicates much better. Unfortunately the timing was bad and I ended up paying two premiums last month. Andrew Heber should be refunding their premium payment but it's been three weeks. I left a voice mail and an email and haven't heard back. Very frustrated as usual with this branch."

"I called this agency and "Antonio" answered the phone. I told him what I'm looking for in terms of car insurance and that I'm on a tight budget. Antonio refused to offer me a quote because he feels that the insurance requirements set by the state of Texas aren't good enough for him. I guess he can't comprehend a situation where someone's budget would warrant them having minimum coverage. The best part is, I called a different state farm branch, where the agent was very understanding of my situation and took the time to explain the cost differences in various levels of coverage and ran through a variety of quotes for me. I ended up going with them because they were the cheapest of all auto insurers for me and got me MORE coverage than I had originally intended. If Antonio had the professionalism to give me a quote and further discuss my options he probably could've earned my business."
